Free Shipping — We offer free standard shipping on every order. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing & Delivery — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Total delivery time depends on the item, and an estimated window is shown on each product page. As a general guide: US-warehouse items typically arrive within 5–10 business days; international-warehouse items within 8–15 business days. The estimate on each product page is the total time from order to doorstep for that item. Orders with items from different warehouses may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking — You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow 2–3 business days for tracking to start updating.

Delays — Estimates may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated window, email vividglowbeautysupport@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.
